Nutrition + Fitness Package

The comprehensive Nutrition + Fitness package offers a unique, integrative and highly effective approach to health and wellness. In addition to guided nutritional planning, I offer one-on-one, personalized fitness coaching, as a CrossFit Coach. After an exhaustive initial health history intake, and establishing your fitness goals, I will formulate a nutritional and fitness plan specifically tailored to you. This intensive and life-transforming regimen has very limited availability due to it’s time intensive structure.
